Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know it will work for me?
It will work for you if you let it work for you. It will work for you because you want it to. It will work for you because you are choosing transformation. You do not need to do every meditation, every journal prompt, every lesson in its entirety to see the change you're looking for. I trust you'll use the resources as you're meant to and when you're ready, you'll make the changes you're called to make.
What if I'm scared to join?
This is totally normal :) This is because it means you're probably signing up for some changes in your life — and that can be quite scary! My advice is to trust your intuition. If this feels like it would be supportive on your journey, jump in with two feet and trust that you will be guided!
Will the sessions be recorded?
The sessions will be recorded and shared with anyone who cannot join live.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds, however, I do have a "happiness guarantee". If you go through the program and don't feel like you're getting what you signed up for, let me know and I will make it right.
How much time will the homework take?
Homework will usually take between 1-3 hours each week, but much of the homework is integration-based, meaning you’re practicing whatever we’re learning in real life and then reflecting on it.
Is there a guarantee?
Though I do not guarantee specific results, if you are open to the transformation, it will happen :) I do offer a 100% happiness guarantee, so if you are participating fully in the program and are struggling to find the value or experience your desired transformation, let me know and we will work together to find a solution.
What will be the age range for the group?
There will be a variety of experiences, industries and ages. However, all participants will be at a similar career stage in terms of looking for more fulfillment and freedom in their work. And, all participants will be interested in connecting with other like-valued people.
How long it will it take for my questions to get answered?
You can expect a response within 48 hours from Emily or someone on her team!
